A defined Southwest network, not a national one

10.19 Logistics' vision is to become one of the Southwest's most trusted regional transportation companies — a deliberately bounded goal, not a claim to national reach. The Southwest footprint is five specific states: Texas, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, and Oklahoma, each connected back to our San Diego, California home base by regional Class 8 dry van lanes.

Within that footprint, the full range of Class 8 service is available: dedicated routes for committed recurring lanes, power only for shippers with trailers already positioned, regional truckload for full and partial loads, and contract freight for shippers who need consistent capacity over time. This is regional trucking, not multi-day sleeper-team long-haul — coast-to-coast freight outside this footprint is outside current scope.

The footprint is designed to expand outward from San Diego and deepen within these five states as the company grows, rather than spreading thin across the entire country. Every load anywhere in the network is handled directly by 10.19 Logistics, under the same direct-accountability standard applied to every account.
